How to use e-sanjeevani online OPD ?
1. Go to www.esanjeevaniopd.com or e-sanjeevani app and press "Patient Registration".
2. Register with mobile number, after that "OTP" comes on your mobile.
3. Filling this OTP in it , then select OPD and state and request for token no.
4. After requesting for token, if there are any reports about the disease, they have to be uploaded.
5. The patient then receives the identification number and token number via "SMS".
6. Then you can login based on the identification number given to the patient.
7. E-prescription is received immediately after discussing with the doctor.
ई-संजीवनी ऑनलाईन ओपीडी चा वापर कसा करावा ?
१.www.esanjeevaniopd.com या वेबसाइट किंवा ई-संजीवनी ॲप वर जाऊन "Patient Registration" वर दाबावे.
२.मोबाईल क्रमांक टाकून टाकल्यानंतर आपल्या मोबाईल वर "ओटीपी" येतो .
३.तो ओटीपी टाकून रुग्ण नोंदणी करू शकतो.
४.त्यानंतर टोकणसाठी विनंती केल्यानंतर आजारासंबंधी काही रिपोर्ट असतील तर ते अपलोड करावे लागतात.
५.त्यानंतर "SMS" द्वारे रुग्णाला ओळख क्रमांक आणि टोकन क्रमांक प्राप्त होतो.
६.नंतर रुग्णाला दिलेल्या ओळख क्रमांकाच्या आधारे परत एकदा लॉगईन करून डॉक्टरांना सोबत बोलता येते.
७.आणि शेवटी डॉक्टर सोबत चर्चा केल्यानंतर लगेच ई-प्रिस्क्रिप्शन प्राप्त होते.
८.ते ई-प्रिस्क्रिप्शन घेऊन डॉक्टरांनी सांगितल्या प्रमाणे औषधे घेण्यास सुरुवात करावी.
